UniKidz Staatslieden

Welcome to UniKidz Staatslieden, our welcoming after-school care facility in Amsterdam West, located at Fagelstraat 85. We are part of the UniKidz organization and provide care for children aged 4 to 7 years. Our location is specially designed for the youngest school-age children and is situated on the ground floor of primary school De Catamaran, with whom we work closely. At UniKidz Staatslieden, we believe every child has unique talents. That's why we offer a diverse activity program that allows children to discover their strengths and further develop their skills. Our program consists of four pillars: FitKidz, SkillsKidz, SoulKidz and MindKidz. With FitKidz, children get acquainted with various sports and movement activities. SkillsKidz focuses on creative activities in our studio, theater or cooking studio. SoulKidz centers on culture, yoga, theater and dance. With MindKidz, children explore the world of science and technology in our STEAM Makerspace. Besides activities at our own location, we also regularly offer activities outside. Think of swimming lessons and horse riding, for which we collaborate with local entrepreneurs, sports clubs and associations. We not only pick up children from De Catamaran, but also from surrounding schools in the area. For parents with children transitioning to higher grades, UniKidz Bentinck is within walking distance, where children from 7 years are welcome. Our location is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 08:20 to 18:30, Wednesday from 12:30 to 18:30 and Friday from 14:00 to 18:30.
