Ukkepuk

BSO Ukkepuk is located at Bossestraat 6b in Schaijk, right between primary schools Den Omgang and De Regenboog. We are the place for children in grades 1 and 2 from these schools; from grade 3 they move on to BSO DAW Schaijk. Our space is specially designed for the world of young schoolchildren: cosy play corners, age-appropriate materials and a clearly laid-out outdoor area with a sandpit, play equipment, bikes and carts. We share the building with peuterwerk Ukkepuk. This allows children aged 2 to 7 to play and learn together in one familiar environment; we use each other’s rooms and resources. Every afternoon begins with a warm welcome. Guided by our dedicated team, children are given space to explore, make friends and gain new experiences. We offer daily activities through DoenKids, tailored to the interests and developmental stage of young children. Our approach is simple: the child’s perspective comes first. We provide a secure atmosphere in which every child feels safe and valued. Play-based learning, creative challenges and outdoor play alternate seamlessly. In this way we align perfectly with school hours and give parents the assurance of a pleasant, familiar place for their child up to and including grade 2.
