Tweemaster

BSO Tweemaster is located in the heart of Oost-Souburg, on the ground floor of primary school De Tweemaster at Jan de Priesterstraat 4. As part of Stichting Kinderopvang Walcheren we offer childcare and education under one roof: familiar for children and practical for parents. Our location has been officially in use since January 2025 and provides care for up to 50 children in two vertical after-school groups. We operate two fixed groups: BSO 1 is open five afternoons a week and BSO 2 on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Both groups use a vertical structure: children aged 4 to 13 are together. Each group has its own, recognisable space that we tailor to the age, developmental stage and play needs of the children. The interior is calm, cosy and safe, so every child quickly feels at home. Regular pedagogical staff are ready to greet the children personally with a high five or a handshake when they arrive from school. Our approach encourages independence and cooperation. Children are given space to make their own choices and try out ideas. We offer a wide range of activities: sports and games in the gym or on the playground, creative craft corners, nature and outdoor activities and regular excursions. Think of a visit to the table tennis club for motor and social skills or a museum visit to stimulate cognitive development. For every outing we prepare the children well: reflective vests, wristbands with our phone number and a clear safety plan. During school holidays BSO Tweemaster itself is closed; children are then cared for at location Schatduikers. Our familiar pedagogical staff are scheduled as much as possible, so that the children continue to see familiar faces even during the holidays. Parents receive timely notice via our parent portal and can always request a tour. Feel free to drop by and experience how we explore the world together with your child!
