BSO 'Tubantia'

Sport BSO Tubantia is an after-school care facility operated by Parbédie Kinderopvang, located on the grounds of football club HVV Tubantia at Verlengde Polluxweg 10 in Hengelo. Since 2016, we have provided care for children aged 4 to 13 in a unique sports-oriented environment. Our facility is registered in the National Childcare Register under number 332491936 and has a capacity for 44 children. We pick up children on foot from nearby primary schools, including GBS de Reflector. During school weeks we are open from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. During school holidays we provide care from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM. On study days we can arrange care when at least four children are registered. Sports and physical activity are central to our program. We get children excited about sports and games with a wide range of activities, always prioritizing the enjoyment of movement. In addition to sports activities and sports clinics, there is plenty of opportunity for free play. Parents receive a monthly activity schedule by email. For children who need extra structure or guidance, we offer BSO+ in collaboration with the municipality of Hengelo. This form of care is aimed at children with, for example, ADHD, autism or developmental delays. There are fewer children in a group and there is extra time and attention for each child. Our team consists of professionally trained and energetic childcare workers. They all have a valid child first aid certificate. Each child has their own mentor.
