Welcome to To Be Kind, location De Loofboom – BSO. We are located in the building of CBS De Loofboom at Schoolstraat 32 in Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel. This location offers after-school care for up to 34 children aged 4 to 12. As a Christian after-school care provider, we aim to offer children a safe and loving place after school where they can play, relax and grow in an atmosphere of peace and security. Our pedagogical staff are ready to pick up the children from primary school and give them a warm welcome. We work closely with CBS De Loofboom, ensuring a smooth transition from school to after-school care. In our spaces, children can choose what they want to do: crafts, play games, read or simply unwind after a busy school day. We believe it is important that every child feels seen and heard. To Be Kind is a Christian organization. Our care is based on Christian values such as respect, love and attention for one another. We celebrate Christian holidays and pay attention to Bible stories, but children from all backgrounds are welcome. We want to be a second home where children feel safe and loved. For parents, we offer peace of mind and trust. You know your child is in good hands with us. We are open to consultation and keep you informed about how your child is doing. Together we ensure that your child can develop optimally.
