BSO Tierelier

Welcome to BSO Tierelier, our after-school care located on the beautiful estate at Spoordijk 8 in Heukelom. We provide care for up to 90 children divided into four age groups: the Buitenbengels (±8-13 years), Dorsvlegels (±6-13 years), Pimpelmezen (±4-7 years) and Woelratten (±4-7 years). Children are picked up from various primary schools in the region by taxi after school. Our BSO is situated in a unique location with a vast outdoor area where children can romp, build huts, play football and explore nature. We have a vegetable garden where children can grow their own vegetables and plants, an animal pasture with chickens, cows and calves, and a stream where they can play. Children are allowed to get dirty, wet and occasionally hurt themselves - we believe in expanding their comfort zone in a safe manner. After school, children can choose from various activities such as crafting in the construction shed, helping care for the animals, playing in the playground with climbing trees and huts, or participating in sports activities on our football field. We work with a team of experienced pedagogical staff who guide and stimulate children in their development. Our opening hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from end of school until 6:30 PM, and Wednesday and Friday from end of school until 6:15 PM. For study days and holidays, we offer extensive care options that can be requested through our app. We welcome all children, including children with disabilities such as ADHD, but we are not a care farm.
