TienerBSO

TienerBSO is a specialized after-school care facility for children aged 9 to 13, located at Otterweg 29 in Beek en Donk. We are part of GOO Opvang en Onderwijs, an organization that provides both primary education and childcare in the municipalities of Gemert-Bakel, Boekel, Beek en Donk and Aarle-Rixtel. Our location is situated in 'Het Ontmoetingscentrum Beek en Donk' and shares the space with youth center Boemerang, where youth activities take place only a few times per month after 7:00 PM. We provide care on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM during school weeks and from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM during school holidays. TienerBSO has its own entrance at the rear of the building. Our hexagonal group room is equipped with a pool table, table tennis table, a chill area, a cabinet with various board games, craft materials and building materials. Behind the building there is a large public grass field that we regularly use for outdoor activities. We offer a safe and challenging environment where teenagers can relax after school. Our pedagogical staff are trained to guide children in this age group and stimulate their development through play, creative activities and social interaction. We believe it is important that children feel emotionally safe and learn to deal with autonomy, boundaries and social skills.
