BSO Thuizzz de Vlechttuinen

BSO Thuizzz de Vlechttuinen is a Christian after-school care facility in Urk, located at Vlechttuinen 8. We provide care for children aged 4 to 13 and see ourselves as an extension of the parents. Our mission is to offer every child what he or she needs from a Christian identity. Children can enjoy playing indoors or outdoors, do crafts, play in themed corners, read in the chillpit, or engage in sports in the gym. Climbing in the garden or riding on a skelter is also possible. Our pedagogical staff have solid training and an eye for each child's talents, which they aim to develop through play. We safely pick up and drop off children from all schools in Urk with our two minibuses. Before-school care starts at 7:30 AM and after-school care runs until 6:30 PM. During holiday periods we operate adjusted hours from 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM. At Thuizzz every child is welcome, including those who develop in special ways. We provide a safe, cozy and familiar environment where everyone can feel at home.
