BSO 't Kienderbenkske

BSO ’t Kienderbenkske is located on the ground floor of primary school ’t Diekske at Langstraat 6a in Afferden. We provide after-school care for up to 18 children aged 4 to 12. The spacious group room is divided into different play corners so children can decide where and with what they want to play. The same pedagogical staff members are present every morning and afternoon, ensuring familiar faces for both children and parents. Our programme is varied and non-school-like. We make extensive use of the large green outdoor area right next to the school, where children can enjoy the sandpit, play football, table tennis or simply run around. We also organise regular sports and games, craft with natural materials and go on local excursions. During school holidays we work around themes and offer plenty of room for creative projects and trips. We cooperate closely with primary school ’t Diekske, making the transition from school to after-school care smooth. Parents can choose regular care (at least one fixed half-day per week), flexible fixed hours or occasional extra days. Fruit is always included; during holiday days we also provide meals and drinks.
