't Kasteel Roomburg (en Het Croontje)

Welcome to BSO 't Kasteel Roomburg, located in the changing rooms of the Leiden Hockey Club Roomburg at Van Vollenhovenkade 20 in Leiden. We are the oldest and first Castle of our organization, providing after-school care for princes and princesses aged 7 to 9. Every afternoon after school, we welcome children into a warm, homely atmosphere. Our two large changing rooms are transformed into cozy play paradises: the Knight's Hall and the Treasure Chamber. Children who want to read a book or do homework can use the Council Chamber. In the Outer Court, the playground is open and various sports activities can be enjoyed on the fields. Our location is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. On Wednesdays, we also welcome children from Het Croontje and De Speelschans. At the end of the week, the Knight's Hall and Treasure Chamber are converted back into changing rooms for the hockey club. Our team of Knights and Ladies-in-waiting is ready to give children an unforgettable afternoon. We provide a safe environment where every child can be who they want to be, with space for both relaxation and activities.
