't Honk

Welcome to Sport BSO 't Honk, our cheerful after-school care located at the sports fields on Voormeulenweg in Zuid-Scharwoude. As part of SKBNM, we offer children aged 7 to 13 a unique place where sports and play are central. Our 'home base' is situated in the middle of Bussum's sports center, next to korfball club DOC and athletics club Tempo. With a football field, athletics track, paved sports field and grass pitch next door, children have endless opportunities to be active. We spend a lot of time outdoors for various sports and games activities, and organize clinics such as boxing, fencing and archery. Inside we have two cozy spaces with a ping pong table, foosball table and dartboard. Children can also build with Knexx, Lego or Kapla, saw their own wooden pinball machine, or enjoy playing games together. The sports canteen is our home base, where we have created a dining area, activity corner and games corner. During school holidays we organize special activities and make trips to places like Oud Valkeveen, the large playground at Heidezicht or the ice rink in Bussum. We also go out with the forest ranger! These holiday activities are included in the price. Through our Parent Portal we keep parents informed of all activities and they can contact our pedagogical staff directly. We are open Monday to Friday from the end of school time until 18:30. During holidays and study days we are open from 8:00 to 18:30, closed only on official holidays.
