BSO Waalsdorp is a safe, welcoming and inspiring place where children can unwind after school and continue to develop at their own pace. We are located on the same premises as Montessori Primary School Waalsdorp, ensuring a seamless transition from school to after-school care. Our BSO caters for up to 120 children aged 4 to 12 who attend Montessori Waalsdorp. Our programme is inspired by the Montessori philosophy, emphasising independence, respect and freedom of choice. Every afternoon children can choose from a wide range of activities such as arts & crafts, games, reading, cooking and sports. We also make daily use of our spacious garden for outdoor play and nature activities, and we regularly organise exciting excursions in and around The Hague. Our qualified staff provide warm, attentive guidance and create a stable environment in which every child feels valued. After a busy school day there is plenty of room to relax, but also opportunities to take on new challenges. We serve a healthy lunch and pay close attention to nutrition and lifestyle. If a child has allergies or special dietary needs we always consult with parents to ensure their wellbeing. In short, BSO Waalsdorp is a place children look forward to going to, where they feel safe and where they can grow in their own unique way.
