BSO Staetlânsskoalle

BSO Staetlânsskoalle is located on the same site as IKC Staetlânsskoalle, right in the centre of the village of Tzum. We provide after-school care on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for up to 22 primary-school children. Our team is led by Miss Corry Hoekstra and Miss …, who, together with the pedagogical staff, create a safe and familiar place for children after school. The BSO is part of the Christian child centre that combines day-care, pre-school playgroup, primary education and after-school care on one site. Children can therefore walk straight to the BSO rooms after school without any extra transport. The premises at Smidsreed 6-8 are a familiar and trusted place for both children and parents. We work according to the Christian identity of CBO Noardwest Fryslân. This means we are guided by biblical values of love, respect and responsibility. During BSO hours we offer calm, fun and challenging activities that match the world of 4- to 12-year-olds—think crafts, outdoor play, shared meals and room for children’s own initiatives. Parents can register their child(ren) via our website or by telephone. We align our care days with the school days of IKC Staetlânsskoalle, ensuring a seamless transition between school and BSO.
