BSO Stadskanaal De Speeldoos

BSO De Speeldoos is located in Stadskanaal, in the Maarsveld neighbourhood, and is part of Kids First Kinderopvang. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 12. The location is close to a forest, which we regularly use for nature-based activities and exploration. In addition to daily after-school care, we offer a wide range of extra activities. We take the children swimming at the Pagedal care centre in Stadskanaal and visit the residents of Parkheem. These activities support the children's physical, social, emotional and language development. We also visit the library regularly and work with a sports coach. Children can play freely, do crafts and take part in sports activities. We pick up children from school on foot or by BSO bus. We have strong partnerships with local schools, including OBS Meester Neuteboomschool, CBS De Maarsborg and CBS Oranje Nassauschool. Early morning care is available from 06:30 or 07:00 AM upon request. De Speeldoos is a Binnenstebuiten location, which means we place great value on outdoor play and nature experiences.
