Sportstuif Veldhoven is the sporty after-school care facility for children aged 4 to 12, located on the grounds of football club Rood-Wit at Korze 82 in Veldhoven. We have access to artificial turf pitches, panna courts, natural grass fields and the clubhouse canteen as our indoor space. Inside, children can read, draw, build or relax and also enjoy a shared snack and drink moment. Our day starts right after school: we pick the children up safely from nearby primary schools and bring them to our sports park. Activities take place outdoors as much as possible; in bad weather we move inside. Every day we offer varied sports and games that introduce children to an active, healthy lifestyle in a playful way—think football, hockey, dodgeball, panna and all kinds of movement and coordination games. We are also open during school holidays and study days. During vacation weeks we organise extra outings and themed days so there is always something new to discover. Flexibility is key: parents can choose which care days they need and use swap credits, making our care fit perfectly with busy family schedules. Our team of sporty pedagogical staff guide the children with enthusiasm and ensure a safe, positive atmosphere. We follow one pedagogical policy plan used across all Sportstuif locations, with fun, respect and cooperation at its heart.
