Sportfever SportBSO Heemstede is located right at the heart of all sports facilities at Sportparklaan 6 in Heemstede. We are part of Sportfever B.V., a childcare organisation that gets children moving through play. Our after-school care is housed in the clubhouse of Racing Club Heemstede (RCH), giving us direct access to football pitches, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, athletics tracks, a swimming pool and a sports hall – all within walking distance. Children aged 4 to 12 feel completely at home with us after school. We pick up pupils on foot from Nicolaas Beets primary school, so they reach us quickly and safely. Our BSO has room for up to 54 children and has been registered in the National Childcare Register since 17 August 2020 under number 259326239. Our approach is simple yet powerful: movement brings energy and joy. While playing, children discover the basics of football, hockey, dance, baseball and much more. There is also always time for other activities such as crafts, games or quietly reading a book. We believe that children who make their own choices become not only physically fit, but mentally strong as well. They learn to take on challenges and build self-confidence. Healthy eating is part of an active lifestyle. That is why we lay out a buffet every day with fruit, vegetables, yoghurt, muesli, bread and crackers, so every child can top up what he or she needs. We are proud of our location in the middle of the Groenendaal woods, where outdoor play and sport come together. At Sportfever SportBSO Heemstede everything moves – literally and figuratively.
