Sport BSO De Thuisclub Wageningen is the place where primary school children can enjoy sports and movement after school. We are located at a unique spot at Peppelsteeg 2 in Wageningen, where children immediately feel at home in a sporty and challenging environment. With us, the joy of movement is central. Children choose daily whether they participate in sports activities or creative challenges. This combination of sports and play is very appealing and provides a varied offer. Our pedagogical staff guide the children with great enthusiasm during various sports activities. We make use of the extensive sports facilities our location offers. Think of football, tennis, hockey and other team sports, but also individual sports such as athletics and gymnastics. Additionally, we regularly organize sports tournaments and sporty games where cooperation and fun are key. We find it important that children feel safe and secure. Our location accommodates up to 50 children, allowing us to work on a small scale and provide lots of personal attention. The atmosphere is homely and warm, where every child can be themselves. We not only stimulate motor development but also social skills through sports and play together. Sport BSO De Thuisclub is part of De Thuisclub organization, which has been active since 2011 in providing sports and activity BSOs. Our goal is to let children get acquainted with sports and movement in a positive way, with a healthy lifestyle at the core. We believe that through movement, children not only become physically stronger but also mentally fitter and more social.
