Partou BSO Amstelstraat 1

Welcome to Partou BSO Amstelstraat 1, located inside sports hall De Oever in Alkmaar’s Oudorp district. Every school day our team collects children aged 4 to 12 and gives them an active, safe and fun afternoon. As soon as the school bell rings our pedagogical staff pick the children up—on foot, by bike or by taxi—and bring them to our indoor location in De Oever. A bright, spacious hall full of possibilities awaits. Children can first relax in the reading corner or play a quiet game, then choose what they want to do next. The large sports hall offers plenty of room to discover new sports: badminton, dodgeball, hockey, football and indoor soccer. We play in a playful way, learning how to handle both winning and losing. During the summer months we head to the outdoor fields of sports complex De Vaart on Hoornseweg. There the children can burn off even more energy while enjoying fresh air and open space. In between we provide healthy treats: fresh fruit, drinks and, when needed, a warm meal. Everything is shared through our own Partou app so parents can see exactly how their child’s day is going. Our pedagogy rests on six building blocks that give every child a powerful start. We offer a warm pedagogical climate where children feel safe and seen, and where they grow in self-confidence and resilience through play. We work closely with nearby schools, aligning pick-up times and activities with school schedules and the children’s needs. For recognition and safety, children wear reflective vests during transport.
