De Duintop

BSO De Duintop is located at van Panhuysstraat 15 in Noordwijk and is part of SPL Opvang. We are situated right next to De Witte School and share the building with peuterspeelzaal De Morgenster. With room for up to 60 children, we provide a homely place where children aged 4 to 12 feel at ease. Our premises feature four distinct rooms, a large play hall, a living-style kitchen and a lounge area with TV and a table-tennis table. The school playground is right outside and includes a climbing frame; the adjacent sports fields are used daily, because we are a true sports BSO. After-school sports foster healthy motor, social and mental development – and above all, they are great fun. Every day centres on a challenging, active and creative programme. Our pedagogical staff tailor activities to the age and level of the children. We offer creative workshops, dance and drama projects, sports clinics, games, pool in the lounge and homework support. During holiday weeks we pick a theme and often go on excursions. Of course, there is also plenty of room simply to ‘chill’ or to choose your own activity. VSO (before-school care) is available on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 07:30 to 08:30, provided enough children are registered. After school we start at 14:45 on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, at 12:15 on Wednesday and at 12:00 on Friday for the lower grades and 14:45 for the upper grades. During school holidays we are open every weekday from 07:30 to 18:30. Our young and active team – led by team leader Yolanda – is ready every day to give children a great time. We recognise the difference between group dynamics and individual attention; sometimes a child just needs a chat after a busy school day. At BSO De Duintop, your child truly comes home.
