BSO Spel en Groei

BSO Spel en Groei is located at Goeverneurlaan 493 in the heart of The Hague and is part of the small-scale organisation Kinderopvang Spel en Groei. Registered in the National Childcare Register since 14 October 2022 under number 249909911, our after-school care facility welcomes up to 21 children aged 4 to 12. We collect the children personally from school and receive them in a homely, vertically grouped setting. The afternoon begins with a healthy meal: sandwiches with toppings and fresh fruit, encouraging healthy eating habits. Afterwards there is time for both relaxation and development. Older children can work quietly on their homework and, if needed, receive guidance from our pedagogical staff. Younger children play, craft or move according to a fixed yet flexible activity programme that we prepare every day. At BSO Spel en Groei we believe it is important that children learn to treat one another with respect and care. We talk about the experiences of the school day, practise conversational skills and pay attention to what is going on in each child. Our approach is small-scale and personal: we know every child and every parent, enabling us to respond quickly to individual needs. In this way we provide a familiar place where children feel at home and where parents can leave their children with confidence.
