BSO Op Stelten

BSO Op Stelten is a small-scale after-school care facility located at Steltsestraat 46 in Lent. We provide care for children aged 4 to 12 after school hours. Children from primary schools De Geldershof, De Verwondering, and De Verbinding are picked up by our pedagogical staff and brought to our location by bike, BSO bus, or on foot. Our location has a homely and cozy atmosphere. Due to its small scale, every pedagogical professional knows each child well, and every child has the space to develop at their own pace. We see the child as an individual and therefore offer many choices in activities. There is always room for relaxation, as well as for learning through play and playing to learn. We have a large outdoor playground that is used daily. We also regularly go on trips to the forest or to the Waal River. Cooking, baking, and crafting are also frequently on the program. During holidays and study days, we adjust the program with extra outings and workshops. On those days, meals are provided by Nido or the children themselves engage in baking and cooking activities. At Op Stelten, we create an optimal atmosphere with familiar faces and a consistent pedagogical approach. We offer children a professional foundation for their free time, where fun and development go hand in hand.
