BSO Small Ones

BSO Small Ones at Hoofdweg 409 H in Amsterdam West provides small-scale after-school care for up to 19 children aged 4 to 13. Located between the lively Bos en Lommer and Baarsjes districts, we are close to many primary schools. Our qualified staff welcome children after school in a homely group space arranged with various play and relaxation corners. We work in vertical groups, allowing children of different ages to play and learn together. Personal development is at the heart of our approach. After a busy school day we offer calm and structure, homework support and creative activities such as arts and crafts, drawing and building. Children can also enjoy outdoor play in our secure courtyard and we regularly use nearby playgrounds. We encourage children to share their own ideas and learn to respect one another. Parents experience our service as an extension of their own living room. We communicate openly, are always ready for a chat or phone call, and keep parents informed through a parent portal.
