Ska Kindcentrum Harlekijn

Childcare centre Harlekijn is located in the heart of the Randenbroek district, just a short walk from Alexanderplein shopping centre. We welcome all children from the neighbourhood, from primary school age up to 12 years old. In our homely location at Wagnerstraat 18 we provide after-school care for up to 34 children. Our pedagogical staff receive every child with love and attention, so they feel safe and at home. Everything we do is centred around playing, learning and growing in a familiar environment. We work according to Ska’s ‘Eigen Wijze’ concept: a healthy and stimulating approach that leaves room for children’s own initiative and development. After a busy school day, children have time to unwind, take part in creative or sports activities and regularly explore nature. We make use of the green play areas nearby and encourage outdoor play. Our opening hours fit seamlessly with the school timetables of the primary schools in the area. We pick up and drop off children at school, allowing parents to work without worry. Within the groups we work with familiar faces, so children and parents always see familiar staff members. Personal attention and a warm relationship with every child are important to us.
