Ska Kindcentrum de Daltons

Located in the Bergkwartier district, we provide after-school care at Kindcentrum de Daltons, housed within the ASV Daltonschool primary school. In the heart of the residential area we welcome children aged four to twelve. After school there is plenty of time for leisure. Once the children have enjoyed a tasty fruit or vegetable snack, they decide for themselves what to do. First curl up with a book, or straight out to the large natural playground? At Kindcentrum de Daltons the children are in charge! We make full use of the spacious natural playground. Children climb, scramble and build huts from tree trunks. We are out in all weather—even in the rain. Digging channels is a favourite, and getting dirty is absolutely allowed at Ska! We also have a table-tennis table, sandpit and slide—enough adventure for every child. Our pedagogical staff provide a varied programme tailored to the different ages and interests of the children, ensuring plenty of quiet time for the younger ones. We offer a challenging and diverse range of activities, workshops, clinics and excursions in the fields of sport & play, culture, creativity and nature experience. Each staff member brings their own talent or specialism, and we often collaborate with external partners. Children choose which activities they join. For more than 30 years children have been our top priority. We help them prepare for a rapidly changing world by learning all kinds of new skills with us.
