Sinne after-school care Plataan is part of Integral Child Centre (IKC) de Plataan located at Plataanstraat 2 in Leeuwarden. We provide after-school care for up to 16 children aged 4 to 12 years. Our BSO has been officially registered in the National Childcare Register since April 20, 2022, under number 277195433. At IKC de Plataan, education and childcare work closely together. Sinne's pedagogical staff take over the children directly after school from the teachers, ensuring a warm and safe transition. We offer care before and after school, during school holidays and on study days. During holidays and school-free days, we are open from 7:15 AM to 6:30 PM. Our program is tailored to the interests and developmental needs of the children. We work thematically and offer activities that invite play, discovery and collaboration. Outdoor play and movement form an important part of our program. We use the spacious outdoor area of IKC de Plataan and regularly organize outings in the immediate vicinity. Sinne childcare is a social organization that believes in equal opportunities for all children. We work closely with parents, schools and other partners in the neighborhood to create a safe and stimulating environment where every child feels seen and valued.
