Sinne buitenschoolse opvang Máxima

Sinne after-school care Máxima is part of Integral Child Centre (IKC) Máxima, located at Glinswei 4 in Leeuwarden. We provide before-school care (VSO), after-school care (NSO) and holiday care for children aged 4–12 who attend our IKC primary school or nearby schools. Each morning our pedagogical staff welcome the children in the VSO room, offer a calm start to the day and escort them to class on time. At the end of the school day we pick the children up and run an inspiring activity programme until 18:30. During school holidays and study days we organise themed weeks, sports & play days and exciting excursions such as a visit to the Natural History Museum, bowling or a treasure hunt in the city park. Our approach is fully aligned with the IKC Máxima vision: “Everything for a radiant child”. We believe in learning through fun and provide a rich environment where children can explore, experiment and cooperate. The spacious BSO area is divided into zones for construction, crafts, games and relaxation. We also make regular use of the school gym and outdoor grounds. All activities are designed to foster ownership: children learn to plan, make choices and evaluate their own work. Parents receive daily photos and short reports through Sinne’s Parent Portal, so they can see what their child has experienced. Registration is possible all year round; we offer flexible packages (annual package or holiday-only package) and are happy to discuss tailor-made solutions. Together we ensure that every child leaves our care with a smile.
