Sandcastle

Welcome to Sand Castle After School Care, located within the Amsterdam International Community School at the South East Campus on Bijlmerplein 1000 in Amsterdam. We are part of Kind&co ludens, a non-profit childcare organization dedicated to providing equal development opportunities for all children. Our after school care facility consists of four groups catering to children aged 4 to 12 years. After a busy school day, children can relax and unwind in our calm and relaxed atmosphere. We have our own dedicated classrooms and access to the beautiful gymnasium within the school building. There is also plenty of outdoor space around the building for children to enjoy. We offer various activities daily, tailored to each child's developmental stage and interests. Our activities range from sports and games to creative projects. We follow our Pedagogical Heart approach, which gives children the space to feel comfortable, grow and discover in a rich environment. Together we learn from and with each other in our mini-society. Sand Castle is easily accessible via the A1 motorway with ample parking available around the building. During school holidays, we are open from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, providing reliable care for working parents throughout the year.
