Samen Spelen Wyck

Welcome to BSO Wyck, our after-school care located on the first floor of the Basisschool Wyck annex at Sint Maartenslaan 52 in vibrant Wyck. We are part of Samen Spelen Kinderopvang and provide a warm second home for 60 children aged 4 to 13. Our care facility works with three age-specific groups: BSO 1 for children aged 4-6 (max. 20 children), BSO 2 for 6-9 year olds (max. 22 children), and BSO 3 for 9-12/13 year olds (max. 12 children). After the shared mealtime, all children can freely use all spaces and activities. We pick up children from Basisschool Wyck and Kindcentrum Montessori Binnenstad. For children from Kindcentrum de Geluksvogel, Basisschool de Maasköpkes and Montessori basisschool de Poort, we collaborate with taxiservice Maastricht and taxi Nelissen. At BSO Wyck, learning through play is central. We offer a challenging environment with plenty of materials and activities, both indoors and outdoors. Our outdoor space features football goals, a ping-pong table and ride-on toys. Inside you'll find various play corners where children can do crafts, baking and sports. We work with the 'Doen Kids' method that helps children discover and develop their talents. After school, children can unwind or release energy with us. We regularly organize fun activities such as crafts, baking and sports. We also offer an after-school activities program with workshops and clinics such as swimming lessons, basketball clinics and film making. During study days and holidays we're open from 7:30-18:00, ensuring parents always have care available. Our before-school care is there for children who start early. We have breakfast together and discuss what we're going to do today. This way we start the day well-prepared and full of curiosity.
