BSO Rudolf Steiner

BSO Rudolf Steiner is located inside the Rudolf Steiner School building at Memlingstraat 2 in Krimpen aan den IJssel. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 12 in two spaces: the living room and the hall. This location is a collaboration between the school and Kinderdam Kinderopvang B.V., allowing children to stay in a familiar environment after school hours. Our pedagogical approach is inspired by the anthroposophical vision of Rudolf Steiner. We offer a warm, home-like setting where children can grow from their own perspective. We work with fixed core groups and dedicated pedagogical staff who know and guide each child personally. There is ample room for free play as well as structured activities such as crafts, outdoor play, and sports. Children have access to school facilities, including the playground and outdoor areas. During holidays and study days, we remain open and organize excursions or joint activities with other Kinderdam locations. We believe it is important that children feel safe and seen, and that parents trust our care. Therefore, we work transparently, with fixed contact persons and clear agreements.
