De Hoeksteen - Krommenie

BSO de Hoeksteen is a small-scale after-school care facility literally housed under the roof of primary school De Hoeksteen, located at Rosariumpark 182 in Krommenie. We provide care for up to 32 children aged 4 to 6. Our doors are open on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 14:15 to 18:30. In addition, we offer before-school care from 07:00 to 08:30, Monday through Friday, at the same location. Through intensive collaboration with TintelTuin, we create a continuous learning and care line for children from 0 to 13 years. The transition from day-care or playgroup to primary education is made as smooth as possible, contributing to optimal developmental opportunities for every child. When children leave primary school, they move on to BSO ’t Swaentje on Willem van Saendenstraat, just a 10-minute walk from De Hoeksteen. On Wednesdays, Fridays and during holidays all children are cared for at that location. Our pedagogical staff are ready every school day to safely collect the children from school and give them a pleasant afternoon in a familiar, small-scale setting. We believe it is important that education and childcare connect seamlessly. That is why we work as an Integral Child Centre (IKC) where school, playgroup, day-care and after-school care come together under one roof.
