Sport BSO Renkum

Sport BSO Renkum is located in the Doelum community centre at Hogenkampseweg 45 in Renkum. We are part of RivaKids and provide after-school care with a strong focus on sports and physical activity. Our facility is open on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM. For Wednesday and Friday we refer to our sister location BSO De Kameleon. At our BSO, children have the space to move and develop their sporting skills after school. We believe that sufficient physical activity is essential for healthy development. Our pedagogical staff pick up the younger children from school, while older children are allowed to come to our location independently. We start calmly with a nice chat and free play. Together we enjoy fruit and whole-wheat crackers with healthy toppings. This is a pleasant moment to hear how the children are doing. Then we jointly choose which sporting or creative activity to do. Children actively participate in this choice and also have space to fill their free time as they wish. In between, we drink water and tea with a healthy snack. Our program consists of many sporting and creative challenges. We offer a familiar place where every child feels safe and free to develop. Finally, children can still play in the garden or indoors until parents come to pick them up.
