RIANT Muiderzandweg 2

Welcome to RIANT Muiderzandweg 2, our cheerful after-school care in Almere Poort. We are located in a beautiful, sustainably built venue from 2021, set in a quiet, wooded area close to the beach. Our BSO offers space for up to 50 school-age children from 4 to 12 years old. We work closely with primary school De Zeeraket (ASG). This partnership is reflected in our joint opening and closing of theme weeks and in the philosophy of Stephen Covey that we follow. As a result, our programme dovetails seamlessly with school hours and children develop within one familiar learning environment. Outdoors we have a spacious, fenced playground with natural materials. Children can climb, romp, make mud or simply enjoy playing in the fresh air. The wooded area around the venue invites nature and adventure education: we regularly go for walks, search for insects or build huts. Inside, a healthy indoor climate is central: low energy consumption, good air quality, pleasant temperature and plenty of daylight. The spacious group rooms are equipped with challenging materials for sports and games, crafts, technology and relaxation. Every day we serve a fresh, hot meal from our own kitchen. Our team of pedagogical staff guide the children with personal attention. We offer a fixed daily routine with room for relaxation, homework support and varied activities. During the holidays we organise extra trips and theme days, so that an unforgettable time is also experienced then.
