BSO Ponyclub Jasper Op Stoom

Welcome to BSO Ponyclub Jasper Op Stoom, located at the welcoming Jasper Stables on Hillegommerdijk 417 in Beinsdorp. Our after-school care is designed for children aged 7 and up who are eager to immerse themselves in the world of ponies and horses. Under the guidance of our experienced pedagogical staff, your child will learn the ins and outs of pony care—from grooming and mane braiding to hoof picking and feeding. Children actively participate in the well-maintained and safe stables, developing not only animal care skills but also responsibility and teamwork. We are open on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from school dismissal until 6:30 PM. During study days and school holidays, we welcome children from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM. We provide direct pickup from primary schools Opmaat, ’t Joppe, de Wikkeling, and ’t Venne. Children from St. Francis School in Bennebroek also join us on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, ensuring a smooth and familiar transition from school to the stables. In addition to hands-on pony care, our location offers plenty of space for outdoor play. We use the outdoor arena and, in bad weather, move to the covered indoor arena or the cozy BSO room. Riding lessons are offered by Jasper Stables and can be booked separately. These take place on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday afternoons, each lasting 45 minutes. Children who do not take riding lessons still have plenty to enjoy at the stables. At BSO Ponyclub Jasper Op Stoom, we work with mentor groups. Each group has a dedicated mentor who personally supports your child and provides a familiar foundation. We believe it is essential for children to feel safe and seen so they can fully thrive. Our approach is playful, practical, and always focused on the child’s overall development.
