About this care
AI
BSO Peter Pan is the after-school care facility operated by Stichting Kinderopvang Haren (SKH), located on the grounds of jenaplanschool ’t Wilde Woud at Rummerinkhof 8 in Haren Gn. We provide care for up to 50 children aged 4 to 7 years who attend the PPS (Praktijkschool Primair Samenwerken). Children are organised into two base groups, each subdivided into four table groups of approximately 10–12 children. Every table group has a dedicated pedagogical staff member who offers personal guidance and a familiar point of contact.
The facility is open Monday to Friday during school weeks. During school holidays we are open on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday; on Wednesday and Friday in holiday periods the children join our BSO Tovenaar site at Waterhuizerweg 7. The atmosphere at BSO Peter Pan is warm and secure. We follow a clear pedagogical policy that leaves room for play, relaxation and development. Children can take part in arts-and-crafts activities, play games or simply unwind after a busy school day. We encourage children to make their own choices while providing structure and boundaries so that every child feels emotionally safe.
In addition, SKH offers before-school care (VSO) for children of ’t Wilde Woud from 07:30 on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. This VSO takes place at Waterhuizerweg 7 and can only be booked in combination with a BSO contract. Pedagogical staff walk or cycle the children to school and hand them over to the teachers. For more information or registration please contact Ingrid Adema via our main office.Read more
