Villa Spetter

Welcome to BSO Villa Spetter, our cheerful after-school care in the heart of Rhenoy. We are conveniently located inside primary school De Bloeiende Betuwe, so children can walk straight to us after the last school bell rings. As proud partners of the broad school network Alles Bijeen, we work closely with the school and other local partners to make the village an even better place for children. Everything at Villa Spetter revolves around sport, movement and discovery. We have a spacious schoolyard, a green field and a gym at our disposal, so there is always room for bottle-cap football, dodgeball or island-hopping games. We also love to head into nature for exciting scavenger hunts or to build the coolest huts. After all the adventures, children can relax inside by playing, crafting or simply chilling out. Getting bored? That simply does not happen here! We run one fixed base group called ‘Ontdekkers’ for children aged 4 to 13. The group has a maximum of 30 children and is always guided by at least one familiar pedagogical professional, keeping it small-scale and personal. Together with the children we prepare our activities using Doenkids: during the table moment they choose what they want to do that afternoon. In addition, we regularly organise workshops led by external instructors and cook healthy meals together to stimulate taste development. During school weeks we are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 14:00 to 18:15. Before-school care (VSO) is offered Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 07:30 to 08:30. On study days we open from 07:15 to 18:15. During school holidays Villa Spetter is closed; children are then welcomed at BSO Villa Parijsch. We pick up children from De Bloeiende Betuwe (same building), De Springplank and other nearby schools. All drop-off and pick-up arrangements are handled through our Partou parent app, which also provides photos, newsletters and the option to request extra days or study-day care. This way you always stay informed and feel part of your child’s day!
