Parelburcht

Welcome to BSO Parelburcht, located in the brand-new Kindcentrum at Van Visvlietstraat 7 in Oost-Souburg. We are part of Kinderopvang Walcheren and provide seamless after-school care for children aged 4 to 12 under one roof. Our after-school care is literally housed in the same building as primary school De Parelburcht. This means that children simply stay in the familiar environment after the last lesson; no shuttles or transfers are needed. A permanent team of pedagogical staff, already known to the children from toddler and school time, ensures continuity and trust. We use horizontal grouping. Children are placed in age-specific groups so that activities are perfectly tailored to their developmental level. The location accommodates up to 47 children, keeping the setting small-scale and clear. There is plenty of space to play, relax and discover: cosy corners with colourful sofas for reading together, large tables for crafts or games, and a garden that remains accessible after school hours. Before- and after-school care is easily arranged through our customer advisers. We are also available during study days and school holidays. We work closely with the school so that parents have one point of contact and everything runs smoothly. In short, at BSO Parelburcht children have the space to continue developing after school, while parents can combine work and family life with peace of mind.
