Outdoor BSO Warande-Paviljoen

Outdoor BSO Warande-Paviljoen is a small-scale after-school care centre situated in a unique green spot in Tilburg. Located at Bredaseweg 447, right next to the Warande woods and hockey pitches, we offer a place for up to forty children aged 4 to 13 to play, exercise and explore outdoors every single day. Our approach is straightforward: we go outside, even when the weather is less than perfect. Children play football on the pitches, build dens in the forest, climb on the equipment and, while playing, learn how to deal with nature and the elements. During after-school hours we drop off and pick up children who have hockey training, saving parents an extra journey. A fixed team of qualified pedagogical staff knows every child personally and encourages them to try new things. Together we decide each afternoon what to do: sometimes a sports tournament, sometimes a scavenger hunt through the woods or simply running around and having fun. Safety always comes first; we have clear agreements and a compact group in which every child feels seen. We are open on school days from the moment school ends until 18.30. We collect children from primary schools in the immediate area and make sure they go home with a smile. Feel free to drop by for a tour and experience for yourself how great outdoor play can be.
