Montessori BSO de Boog 3

Montessori BSO de Boog 3 is located in the scouting building next to Montessorischool De Boog at Johannis Bogaardstraat 16A in Nieuw-Vennep. We are an after-school care facility (BSO) operated by Floreer Opvang that exclusively welcomes children who attend Montessorischool De Boog. This exclusive partnership creates one continuous pedagogical line: children stay in their familiar environment and parents experience a single, coherent educational approach. Our rooms are just a stone’s throw from the school playground and gym, which we use with the children after school hours. One BSO group is also located in the school’s auditorium, making the transition from school to after-school care virtually seamless. We work in mixed-age groups, with children aged 4 to 12 playing, learning and discovering together. This horizontal group structure aligns perfectly with the Montessori principle: younger children observe older ones, while older children learn responsibility and provide natural role models. Our pedagogical staff know every child personally. Teachers and BSO staff meet at least twice a year to discuss each child’s development, ensuring our guidance is optimally coordinated. On school days the BSO is open from 7:15 to 8:30 a.m. (before-school care) and from 2:15 to 6:30 p.m. (after-school care). During school holidays and on study days we are open from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. In holiday periods we often collaborate with other Floreer BSOs in Nieuw-Vennep, enabling us to offer age-specific activities and always have sufficient staff on hand. In short, Montessori BSO de Boog 3 provides a safe, familiar and stimulating place where children can relax, play and grow after school in a Montessori atmosphere that seamlessly continues their daily school experience.
