Tweemaster

BSO de Ark – location Ark 1 is part of the Tweemaster child centre at Ark 1 in Hoorn. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 13 who attend primary schools Tweemaster, de Pontonnier or het Kompas. The location is open from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM and is located near the Huesmolen shopping centre and Risdammerhout park. Our spaces are specially designed for children aged 4 to 7. We have our own kitchen where children can cook and bake, an art studio for creative activities and a construction corner where they can build and explore. During outdoor play, we use the Johan Cruijff principle with lots of challenging and diverse sports and play equipment. Children can play football, climb, balance and play in a safe, green environment. We work according to a horizontal group structure, where children play and learn with peers. Our pedagogical staff provide a warm and safe environment in which each child can develop at their own pace. We encourage independence, cooperation and creativity through various activities such as crafts, cooking, sports and games. BSO de Ark – Ark 1 is a place where children enjoy going after school. We offer peace and structure, but also room for personal initiative and relaxation. Parents can leave their children with us with peace of mind, knowing they are in good hands.
