De Wizard

Welcome to BSO De Wizard, a location of De Company located within the school building of Openbare Basisschool De Wizard at Andriessenplein 13 in the vibrant Vijfhoek district of Deventer. We provide before-school, after-school and holiday care for children aged 4 to 13 who attend primary school. Our BSO has been officially registered in the National Childcare Register since November 25, 2014 under number 480091894 and therefore meets all legal quality requirements. At De Company, we believe it's important that children feel at home. We create a homely atmosphere where children feel safe and secure. Our pedagogical staff motivate and inspire children to be active and develop their own interests. We always keep in mind that children are with us in their free time and are never forced to participate in activities. On the beautiful square of De Wizard, children can play outside to their heart's content. Together we create a pleasant, safe and stimulating environment. Our childcare is available with both fixed hours and flexible hours, so suitable childcare is possible for everyone. The childcare hours are aligned with the school hours of the children. We are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including during study days and school holidays. This way parents can always rely on childcare that fits their working hours. BSO De Wizard has space for a maximum of 62 children. We work according to a pedagogical policy plan that is regularly evaluated and adjusted if necessary. An annual inspection takes place by the GGD, of which the reports are public. We strive for an active, inspiring and involved form of childcare, with play, drawing and construction materials available to challenge and stimulate children in their development.
