BSO de Marel is part of Kindcentrum De Marel located at Duitslandlaan 7 in Heemskerk. We provide after-school care for up to 40 children aged 4 to 12 years. Our location has a cozy and homely atmosphere where children immediately feel at home. We pick up children from primary school after classes and bring them to our BSO, where a world of relaxation and challenge awaits them. Our pedagogical staff provide a warm and safe environment where children can unwind after a busy school day. We operate from a unified vision focused on providing a safe, familiar and challenging place. Children have space to grow physically and mentally, have fun and gain new experiences. Our activity program is varied and tailored to the children's interests. We organize creative activities such as crafts and drawing, sports and games in our garden or playroom, and regularly go on excursions to fun places in the area. There is also plenty of opportunity for free play or quiet homework under supervision. We value good communication with parents. Through the Parro app, we keep you informed of daily activities and you can easily contact us. For childcare, we work together with Welschap Kinderopvang, with whom we share one pedagogical policy. This way, we offer your child a continuous line of development from toddler care to secondary education. Our BSO is open on school days from the end of school time until 6:30 PM. During school holidays, we offer holiday care from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM. During care, children receive a healthy snack and drink, and can use our playroom, creative corner and outdoor playground.
