BSO De Maaskei

BSO De Maaskei is located within primary school De Maaskei in Urmond and is part of MIK & Spelenderwijs. We provide after-school care for up to 22 children aged 4 to 12 years. Our location at Middenveld 1 is situated right in the neighborhood, allowing children to safely join us directly after school. Our pedagogical staff create a warm and homely atmosphere where every child can be themselves. We always start the afternoon calmly with tea, flavored water and fresh fruit. Afterwards, there's plenty of room for both relaxation and action. Outdoor play happens daily on the spacious school playground, where children can play football, basketball, climb or build sand cakes. The Steinerbos forest is just around the corner, so we regularly go on discovery trips there. Inside, a large table is set up with craft and play materials suitable for all ages. There's a play kitchen, construction corner and a cozy seating area for those who want to relax with a book. During holidays and study days, we organize fun excursions together with other BSOs in Stein, such as visits to the Steinerbos, petting zoo or playground. This ensures there's always something new to experience, with plenty of opportunities for sports, games, creativity and of course lots of fun. BSO De Maaskei works closely with OBS De Maaskei. Children from this school can come directly to us after school. We stand for small-scale care, personal attention and a familiar environment where children feel safe and secure.
