Welcome to Open-Up! Fun-Kidz Location Adventure in Breda, located at Bastenakenstraat 41. We are an after-school care facility (BSO) fully focused on sports and culture for children aged 4 to 12. Our location accommodates up to 25 children and is registered in the National Childcare Register. We center our program around movement and creativity, offering three clear pillars: Sports, Culture, and Meeting. During Sports & Play activities, we utilize the facilities in and around the school, including the schoolyard, playing field, and sports field with clubhouse. Children can run, cycle, climb, play tag, and collaborate with peers. Outdoor play and movement are natural activities for children to release energy and develop their motor skills. Our cultural program consists of two to three-week projects linked to engaging themes. We work with principles such as inspiring, discovering and wondering, sharing ideas, creating, collaborating or undertaking individually, and of course having lots of fun! We use a cultural room with plenty of space and materials, and regularly go on outings. This includes visits to Breda Photo, museums, and discovery tours in the neighborhood. We also provide space for meeting and relaxation. After school, children can take a break with a listening ear from our pedagogical staff. Children can play indoors or outdoors, participate in various activities and workshops, or simply relax with a book or craft project. We believe it's important that children have a say and learn that they can influence their own day. Our team consists of qualified pedagogical staff and activity supervisors who create a varied program every day, taking into account the preferences of the children. We're here for every child, whether they enjoy sports challenges or creative discovery tours.
