BSO Ontdekkingsreizigers

BSO de Ontdekkingsreizigers is part of Kindcentrum De Ontdekkingsreizigers in the new Gouda district of Westergouwe. We provide before- and after-school care for children aged 4 to 12. After school, development continues and we support children playfully. We have a large gym, a playground and beautiful classrooms with diverse play materials. Our staff make every day a celebration. Children are free to choose what they want to do. We ensure a different activity is offered each time. After school we sit together and enjoy various fruits with water or tea. Around 5:00 PM we have a cracker or whatever was prepared during a cooking activity. Especially for older children from 8 years old, we regularly cycle to Scouting Moordrecht to discover nature, jump ditches, build huts and climb trees. During holidays we offer an adapted holiday program with fun outings and activities. Our pedagogical approach focuses on discovering talents and providing a safe, challenging learning environment. We pick up children from nearby primary schools and work together with parents on the development of each child.
