OKC de Schakel Oudelande

OKC de Schakel Oudelande is an after-school care facility (BSO) for children aged 4 to 12, located at Vanderbijlparkstraat 1 in the heart of Oudelande. We are part of the integrated child center Omnis Kindcentrum De Schakel, allowing children to stay in the familiar environment of their own school after class hours. Our BSO location accommodates up to eight children and is housed in a bright, spacious building with a 120 m² play area. Here, children have all the space they need to play, discover and grow. We have multiple playgrounds with sandboxes, climbing equipment and a play area with various play structures where children can enjoy outdoor activities to their heart's content. As a BSO, we work closely with the primary school and other childcare facilities within our child center. Our childcare professionals form one close-knit team with the teachers and teaching assistants under the same management. This allows us to know each child well and seamlessly connect to your child's development and needs. At OKC de Schakel Oudelande, your child's development is central. After an intensive school day, we provide a relaxed and familiar environment where children can discover and develop their talents. We work with small groups, allowing plenty of room for personal attention and tailored guidance. Our BSO is specifically for children attending De Schakel primary school in Oudelande. The care takes place in the same building as the school, ensuring a safe and familiar environment. Children don't need to travel, and parents have one central location for dropping off and picking up their child. We provide care after school hours, during school holidays and study days. Our opening hours are aligned with school schedules and parents' needs. During holidays, we organize fun holiday programs with various activities that match the children's interests.
