BSO Buitenbazen

Welcome to BSO De Buitenbazen in Epen! We are part of Humankind and provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 12. Our location is situated at Schoolstraat 16, in the same building as primary school Hermkes, allowing us to offer seamless integration between school and after-school care. We believe in the power of outdoor play and adventure. Every day we take the children outside to discover, play and learn in nature. Our activities focus on adventure and experience, making use of the beautiful Epen environment in the Heuvelland region. Children are given space to push their own boundaries and discover their qualities. In addition to our regular after-school care, we also offer before-school care from 07:30 to 08:30. Our BSO is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 14:30 to 18:30, Wednesday from 12:30 to 18:30 and Friday from 12:00 to 18:30. We accommodate a maximum of 22 children at our small-scale location, allowing us to give personal attention to each child. We value healthy nutrition and provide daily healthy snacks and drinks. Our pedagogical staff are professionally trained and create a safe and challenging environment where children can develop optimally. Together with the school, we work on a continuous developmental path for your child.
