NSO de Sparkel

BSO de Sparkel is part of Kindcentrum De Sparkel, located at Laan van Blois 193 in Beverwijk. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 12 in a familiar setting—right inside the school building. Our spacious BSO room opens directly onto a large outdoor playground, giving children plenty of room to run, play and unwind after the school day. We work closely with De Sparkel primary school. Children simply walk to the BSO after their last lesson; parents do not need to pick them up and drop them off again. The qualified staff from Welschap Kinderopvang are ready to welcome the children with a relaxed afternoon: a drink and a snack first, then children choose whether to join an activity or enjoy free play. Our opening hours fit seamlessly with the school’s continuous timetable: from 14:15 to 18:30 on regular days, and from 12:30 on Wednesdays. During school holidays and study days we offer all-day BSO so parents remain fully covered. Our vision is straightforward: children should feel at home here. We provide a safe, familiar yet challenging place where there is room for both rest and movement. Together with the school we follow one consistent pedagogical approach; rules and guidance are the same throughout, so children always know what to expect. Parents are our natural partners: we keep communication short and clear via the school app and are happy to discuss whatever your child needs. This way our children grow, blossom and shine a little more every day.
