BSO Nova

BSO Nova is a pleasant, small-scale after-school care location operated by Partou, located in primary school De Poolster at Esdoornlaan 11-13 in Berkel en Rodenrijs. We provide before-school care (VSO), after-school care (NSO) and holiday care for children aged 4 to 12. Our location has 30 childcare places and works with horizontal groups, where children are grouped by age. We believe it's important that children feel safe and at home with us. That's why we work with a fixed team of pedagogical staff who know the children well and understand their needs. Our location is designed to meet the wishes and needs of school-age children. We offer quiet spaces to relax after a busy school day, as well as room for play and movement. Through the Partou parent app, parents can easily request or swap days, deregister their child and communicate directly with our staff. The app also contains all practical information such as contact details and newsletters. We keep parents informed through digital newsletters sent several times a year. Currently, Nova does not have a parent committee, but we are always looking for parents who want to actively contribute to our policy. For subjects where a parent committee would normally have advisory rights, we organize alternative parent consultation through surveys or temporary advisory committees. For emergencies, parents always have our phone number at hand. We work together on solutions if you're unexpectedly unable to pick up your child on time. At BSO Nova, the satisfaction of parents and children comes first. We strive to be a safe place where children can develop optimally.
