Welcome to BSO De Ontdektuin, part of Norlandia Kinderopvang Zuid B.V., located at Pottenbakkerstraat 11A in the centre of Etten-Leur. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 12 who want to play, explore and move after their school day. Our location is right next to the VV IJsselstreek clubhouse; every afternoon a new adventure starts from the cosy canteen. At De Ontdektuin we believe in the power of being outdoors, sports and nature. With our sturdy GoCab cargo bike we reach Wechelerveld and Rijsterborgherpark within minutes. Here we organise nature experiences, adventurous challenges and sporty games. The surrounding sports fields are used for football, running and movement activities. Every day promises adventure, fun and new discoveries. Our pedagogical professionals specialise in nature and sports activities. They guide the children with attention, pleasure and expertise and create a safe, familiar environment in which every child can be themselves. We work with fixed home groups and a personal mentor for each child, creating a close bond and allowing us to respond to individual needs. We are also open during study days and school holidays. Then we make extra time for outings to playgrounds, the forest or a petting zoo. Everything is done in consultation with parents and always with the same goal: an unforgettable day for every child.
