BSO Noria

BSO Noria is located inside primary school De Schakel at Vondellaan 26 in Harderwijk. We provide before- and after-school care for up to 15 children aged 4 to 13. We are also open during teacher training days and school holidays (except the summer building break). Our name, ‘Noria’, means ‘endless chain’—a symbol that mirrors our philosophy. Life is a long chain to which new links are continually added, and every link is essential. Together with the teachers of De Schakel, playgroup Robbedoes and the Stampertjes, our pedagogical staff form one close-knit team. This collaboration gives us the best possible insight into each child’s talents and developmental opportunities. At BSO Noria, fun and relaxation come first, but we offer more than just childcare. Our space is situated in the familiar school building, so children feel at home right away. We run a varied programme packed with sports, creative and challenging activities. We regularly enlist GA! coaches for movement sessions and organise parent events to strengthen the bond with families. Parents stay informed through our own app and newsletters. At drop-off and pick-up we take time for personal conversations, because open communication is very important to us. Together we ensure that every child feels safe, seen and valued at BSO Noria.
